Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

We ship internationally — economy international shipping takes 6–10 business days, and express international via UPS takes 3–6 business days. Please note that import taxes, customs fees, and tariff duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Same-day local pickup is available in Goodyear, AZ. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and you'll be notified when your order is ready. Once ready, pickup orders must be collected within 7 business days or the order will be cancelled without a refund.

Returns

Diamond Factory Beauty maintains a strict no return and no exchange policy on all orders. All sales are final at the time of purchase. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed or fulfilled.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrect address information entered at checkout. We are also not responsible for lash trays that arrive cracked due to carrier handling during shipment.

Refunds

All sales are final. The only exception to our no refund policy is for products that arrive damaged or defective. All damage or defect claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery — claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.

To file a claim, email us at diamondfactorybeauty@gmail.com with your full name, order number, best contact method, and clear photos or videos of the damage. A response can be expected within 5 business days.

Digital products and courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.
