By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to the non-negotiable policies listed below. Please read carefully before securing your spot.

Book Your Appointment

Deposits & Rescheduling

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service balance.
Only one reschedule is allowed for your deposit to transfer to a new appointment date.
When rescheduling, you must provide your new appointment date and time the same day you request the reschedule ā€” otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Please be certain of your appointment before booking.

Cancellation & No-Show Fees

100% No-show fee. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full service amount before any future bookings are accepted.
50% Late cancellation fee. If your appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the service total.
At the time of booking, you are asked to acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy. Booking confirms you understand the possible charges for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals will not be accepted beyond 5 minutes past your scheduled appointment time.
If time allows and we are able to proceed with your appointment, a $15 late fee will be applied to your service total.
Out of respect for all clients, we are unable to accommodate delays that compromise the quality of your service or the next client's appointment.
5 min grace period $15 late fee if time allows

No Refunds

All services are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued once a service has been performed.
If you have a concern about your service, please reach out within 48 hours so we can address it appropriately.
