How long does it take to process orders?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

How long does it take to process pickup orders?

Pickup orders are processed within 3–4 business days. You'll be notified when your order is ready. Once ready, your order must be picked up within 7 business days — orders not collected within this window will be cancelled without a refund.
